Life is not an Olympic competition

'Step up into my greatness' is a regularly expressed wish in events for personal development.
Stronger, more expansive, more expressive, successful – 'greatness' can be delivered in different flavours.
But time and again it turns out that these targets are just ideas, conceptions of our mind by which we try to map our road to love and joy.

Unfortunately a misunderstanding: that success and flawlessness redeem us – whereas this ambition tends to derail and block our true longings.

I want to come home in myself, as good and as bad as I am, I do not want to meet demands to be bigger – stronger – quicker – better, as the social rat-race suggests.
And I experience: if I connect to my shyness, if I meet my self-doubts in kindness, if I share what is not perfect - this makes arise quite a different strength, an incomparable joy and a stronger connection than any stunning performance ever can bring about.

Explore what moves us to the core, focusing on subtle, but true movement instead of big gestures – that is what I love to see happen in Heart Intelligence Circles.
